Your customer knowledge should not disappear when a call ends—or live only in the memory of the person who took it.

IN THEIR WORKFLOW

The context behind every deal.

The challenge
Customer priorities, objections, and commitments were scattered across recordings, notes, and CRM fields.
The approach
Connect each conversation to the opportunity history and prepare structured CRM updates for the account executive to review.
The value
Pipeline reviews start with what changed, what remains unresolved, and what the customer actually agreed to.
A closer look

Across discovery, technical reviews, and commercial discussions, Northvale brings requirements, stakeholders, purchasing conditions, and next steps into a shared deal record. Important fields remain subject to human confirmation.

What actually changed?

Follow an opportunity across conversations. Keep new facts, unresolved concerns, and the next decision in view—without turning enthusiasm into a forecast.

No silent assumptions. Missing budget, authority, or timing remains missing—not auto-filled.

No invented causality. Surface plausible blockers and their evidence, not a definitive reason a deal was lost.

    Coach the behaviour.
    Not the personality.

Find the precise moment a conversation could go further. Connect feedback to the buyer’s words, give the rep something to practise, and review whether the behaviour changes.

    THE BUYER SAYS

Choose a response to explore the feedback.

There is no universal script. The aim is to understand the customer before moving the conversation forward.

    A personal review queue

Prioritise recurring gaps and important moments instead of asking a rep to review every minute.

    A library with context

Save effective questions and objection handling with the call stage and customer situation attached.

    Progress you can review

Compare later calls against agreed behaviours. Keep human judgement in performance discussions.

Does Buba's Media make calls or speak to customers?+

No. This platform is designed to analyse conversations between your people and their customers. It supports sellers and managers with insight, coaching, and reviewed follow-up—not an AI caller.

Is this just transcription and meeting notes?+

Transcription is the starting point. The product connects customer needs, deal history, objections, commitments, team patterns, and suggested next steps to the underlying conversation evidence.

Can AI explain exactly why a deal was lost?+

It can identify observed issues, unanswered objections, missing stakeholders, and patterns worth investigating. Those are evidence-backed hypotheses, not proof of causality. CRM outcomes and other business context are needed for a meaningful review.

Will it automatically change our CRM or send emails?+

Configure approval boundaries for each action. Draft extraction and suggested tasks should remain distinct from committed writes.

Can we use our own sales methodology and review criteria?+

Define the fields, qualification questions, policy references, and observable behaviours that matter to your team. Test the review approach on comparable calls and let reviewers correct the results.

How are recordings and sensitive information handled?+

Agree authorised capture, notice and consent workflows, access permissions, redaction, retention, and deletion before connecting real data. Production privacy and data-processing terms are part of implementation.

How should managers use the coaching insights?+

Use them as source-linked prompts for review and development. Compare like-for-like calls, account for lead quality and role differences, and avoid treating tone, accent, or inferred personality as evidence of ability.

Does it support more than one language?+

Multilingual analysis is part of the product scope. Validate transcription, speaker attribution, terminology, and redaction for the required languages and recording conditions before rollout.

MAKE YOUR NEXT REVIEW MORE USEFUL.
